Hyderabad City Security Council in collaboration with Hyderabad City Police-West Zone organized a MEGA VACCINATION DRIVE at Sultan Ul Uloom, Education Society, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for the underprivileged people (Beggars, Vagabonds, Transgender and Migrants, etc) of West Zone Hyderabad city. Mega Vaccine Drive  Launched by Sri. Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Hon’ble Minister for Home Govt. of TS.   Sri.Danam Nagender MLA Khairthabad, Sri. Maganti Gopinath, MLA Jubilee Hills,    Sri PV Krishna Reddy MD Mega Engineering Ltd., Dr.Ramesh, Rainbow Hospital have attended the program in presence of Sri. Anjani Kumar IPS Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad city.

 Smt.Shikha Goel IPS Addl. CP. Crimes, Sri.Anil Kumar IPS Addl. CP. Traffic, Smt.Prashanti, Secretary-General HCSC, Smt.Geeta Goti, Jt.Secretary HCSC, Sri.Bharani HCSC, Dr.P.Anuradha, Sri.M.Ramesh IPS Jt. CP. East Zone,  Sri.AR Srinivas Jt. CP. West Zone and other officers have also attended the program.  

 In this drive around 35  Stree Volunteers and Nearly 65 Traffic Faristey Traffic Volunteers are supporting this event in mobilizing and guiding the public in successful vaccination of the “COVISHIELD” Vaccine with sponsorship from Mega Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd and Supported by Rainbow Hospitals. About 6,000 people will be vaccinated in the mega vaccination drive. Facilitated to get register on the spot and get vaccinated.  Administrators set up 25 counters for easy vaccination.

Sri. Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Hon’ble Minister for Home Govt. of TS said that the Telangana government has taken good steps to tighten the coronavirus. Corona cases reduced due to police efforts. The main objective of the Telangana government is to provide vaccines to everyone. The services of Telangana Police in enforcing the lockdown properly are commendable. Do not believe the rumors about the coronavirus vaccine. We will take action against those who spread false propaganda. 

Sri. Anjani Kumar IPS Commissioner of Police Hyderabad said that; For the last one and a half years, we have been providing all kinds of services to Community from the Hyderabad City Police. Today we have identified those who are eligible for vaccination. In addition to providing transportation for those who come for the vaccine, it is commendable that accommodation is also provided for them.

West Zone police have been done the joint effort for the last ten days for this vaccination drive. 

Sri.Danam Nagender, MLA  Khairthabad said that It is commendable for the police to identify and vaccinate the poor, slum dwellers and those living on the footpath.

Sri. Maganti Gopinath, MLA  Jubilee Hills said that The Telangana police department has a good reputation in the country. It is a great thing that the police department is involved in service activities.
