ILLEGALLY PROCURING, TRANSPORTING & SELLING OF NOXIOUS TOBACCO ORGANIZING GANG NABBED -  03 HELD

 On credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone team, Hyderabad along with Shahinayathgunj Police laid a trap at NavBharath Road lines, Begum Bazar, in the limits of Shahinayathgunj PS and intercepted one Lorry Reg.No. RJ14GF8095 while unloading huge quantity of  noxious Tobacco & Cigarettes of various brands  and apprehended  (03) Accused persons who have been illegally procuring, Transporting and selling of noxious gutka/Tobacco & Cigarettes  in an organized manner to earn easy money illegally. 

 DETAILS OF APPREHENDED ACCUSED PERSONS :

1. Pratap Kumar Bhasker S/o. late Sri Himmath Singh, age. 56 yrs, Occ. Transporting business R/o.Katedan, Mailardevarpalli, N/o.Kotwar, Uttarakhand State. (Owner of  NavBharath road transports & Illegally procuring, transporting & selling Tobacco etc)  

2. Amith Anil Yadav S/o. Anil Yadav, age.  19 yrs, Occ. Loading& un loadingin NavBharath Road lines R/o.Begum Bazar, Hyderabad  N/o.Basavakalyan         (village &Tq), Bidar (Dist) Karnataka State, (Loading & Un loading incharge in NavBharath  transports) 

3. Mohan RaghobaShadole S/o.RaghobaShadole, age.50 yrs, Occ.gowdown incharge R/o. Begum Bazar,Hyderabad N/o.Warwati (village),  Bidar (Dist), Karnataka State, (Gowdown incharge in NavBharath  transport) 

 SEIZED NOXIOUS TOBACCO MATERIL:-TOTAL WORTH RS: 71,93,120/-

1. SWAGATH GOLD Tobacco -  64 bags  ( Total 1,33,056 pouches) 

2. HANS Tobacco – 5 bags ( Total 10,000 pouches)

3. JKR  Tobacco  (50 grams)-4 bags ( Total 2000 pouches)

4. JK 3320 Tobacco(50 grams)-10 Bags (Total 4000 pouches)

5. Paris  Cigarette -31 bags ( Total 31,000  packets)

6. H10 Cigarette-36 bags ( Total 86,400 packets)

 Brief history of accused persons :-

• Accused PratapBhasker is born and brought up Uttarakhand State. Thirty years back migrated to Hyderabad, presently residing in the limits of Katedan. From three years he is running transport business on the name of NavBharath Road lines/transport and running its godownsituated atH.No. 14-7-327 to 330, Opp. SanatanDharam, Begum Bazar, in the limits of Shahinayathgunj PS.  He engaged few employees/ workers and organizing transport godown.

• Amith Anil Yadav is native of BidarDist, Karnataka State. Twenty years back migrated to Hyderabad, residing in the limits of Begum Bazar. He is working as goods loading and unloading agentin NavBharath transports. 

• Accused Mohan RaghobaShadole is native of Bhali, BidarDist of Karnakata State ten years back migrated to Hyderabad presently residing in the limits of  BegumBaar. He is working as Godown incharge in NavBharath Road lines.

 

 FACTS THE CASE :-

 Accused Pratap Kumar Bhasker is owner of NavBharath Road lines, Opp. SanatanDharam, Begum Bazar, in the limits of Shahinayathgunj PS  years.  For organizing his business he engaged employees by name 1)Amith Anil Yadav (Loading & un loading material) &2) Mohan RaghobaShadole (Godown incharge in NavBharath) and others.  

 To earn easy money illegally he formed a gang with the above associates and organizing Gutka/Tobacco illegally transporting and deliver business from Delhi to Hyderabad and supplying to various merchants at Hyderabad.Investigation is under progress for trace out the receivers. 

 

 ARREST:- 

On12 -06-2021 on credible information Task Force North Zone team along with Police Shahinayathgunj PS laid a trap at NavBharath Road lines, in the limits of Shahinayathgunj PS and intercepted one Lorry Reg RJ14GF8095 while unloading the material and apprehended above accused persons and seized huge quantity of noxious Tobacco brands i.eSwagath gold, Hans, JKR, JK 3320 & Cigarette packets of various brands Paris & H 10. 

The apprehended accused persons 1)Pratap Kumar Bhasker2) Amith Anil Yadav &3)Mohan RaghobaShadolealong with seized Tobacco &Cigarettes packets being handed over toSHO, ShahinayathgunjPS for further investigation.

 The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri P.Radhakishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police(OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by K.Nageswar Rao, Inspector of Police, Task Force, North Zone Task Force, SIs K.Srikanth, B.Parameshwar& staff of Task ForceNorth Zone Team, Hyderabad.
