Anjani Kumar IPS Commissioner of Police Hyderabad city visited the south zone flood-affected areas  advised to the public and told  that • The flood water reached many places in the Old City Chandrayangutta, Falaknuma and its surrounding areas due to the rain fell at night, which alerted the local police immediately. We rescued those trapped in the floods and evacuated them to safer areas. A six-foot pit fell on the Falaknuma Bridge. With this, we are putting barricades and taking steps to prevent the public from going that way and diverting the traffic also. We are rescuing those in flood-prone areas with the coordination of GHMC officials. Do not unnecessarily bring the vehicles on roads, Heavy rain forecast for three more days, says Meteorological Department. Total flood water reached the South zone and Chadar Ghat Area.
